RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

  • 10 day return policy from the day your package was delivered, a refund/exchange will not be issued.
     

  • When sending in the item for refund, please include:

    1. Your name

    2. Your order number

    3. Reason for the return
       

  • Must be unworn and unwashed in original bag. Must have NO animal hair, excessive wrinkling, smell of deodorant, smoke, cologne, etc. 
     

  • Once refund is approved, allow 7 buisness days to process. A credit will be put back on your original form of payment. You will be notified by email when the process has begun
     

  • If the item does not pass personal inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
     

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of the item. Additionally, the shipping costs associated with the initial order will not be refunded.
     

Exchanges
 

If you need to exchange, please return your item per our refund policy above and include

  1. Your name

  2. Your order number

  3. Exchange instructions
     

Our stock is based on pre-order sales. All exchanges will be added to the next pre-order round. There will be a pre-order 1st of every month. 

 

Wrong Order

First, we are sorry! Please ship back to us, and we will exchange, and pay for the shipping.
