I struggle with self esteem issues, severe anxiety and depression. I constantly worry about what others think of me and because of that, I’ve avoided reality only making my mental health go down the hill. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m so anxious it feels like I’ve got 10 people screaming in my head telling me what im doing wrong and criticizing every move I make. I’ve become my own worst enem. I’m here to say don’t be silent. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Mental health is so important but others push it aside like it’s no big deal. It is a big deal. Don’t let it over come you.
